Praveen Sankhla is a Certified National Trainer of Junior Chamber International with over 14 years of training experience. He has conducted training programs for executives, university teachers, students and professionals including IT professionals. His training programs are on diverse aspects of Leadership such as Motivating Teams, Personal Effectiveness, Decision Making, Goal Setting, Public Speaking, Communication Skills, Change Management and Role Clarity.
Praveen possesses a clear understanding of adult learning principles and his training programs are always interlaced with activities for trainees. He has piloted a 2-day “U Can” program at Visakhapatnam and has conducted several Public Speaking workshops at YMCA, AU College of Engineering, GITAM Engineering College, etc.
Praveen is currently the Head – Management Consulting of IndiGenius. Previously he was the Center Head – Adecco India (Vizag). Praveen has been a guest faculty at reputed colleges in Vizag such as Gayatri Vidya Parishad College for PG Courses, ICFAI National College, etc. He is a member of the Advisory Committee Board of Gayatri Vidya Parishad College for PG Courses.
Praveen is currently the Head – Management Consulting of IndiGenius and was the Center Head of Adecco India in Visakhapatnam. Praveen is regularly consulted on construction, career and business startup ideas. He possesses a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, a MBA degree specializing in HR and a degree in law. His other interests are reading, literacy and social responsibility.
